I'm delighted and grateful to write about my experience selling my home in Reno (Virginia Foothills) by Ken Venis of KRCH Realty.  I was out of the state when I decided to put my house on the market.  I called Ken and asked him to put my house up for sale.  We had talked previously about me perhaps selling my house, but just in general terms.  We discussed and agreed upon a price.  My home went up for sale within one day, a Friday afternoon.  An offer was made on Saturday, and I accepted it on Sunday.   Voila!  One of the best things about using Ken as my realtor was his dogged determination and attention to detail.  He held my hand every step of the way and ensured that everything was done in a timely manner.  He kept me up-to-date on every aspect of my sale, inspections, and any other small detail that was relevant to my home sale.  To facilitate the sale, he was always following up on what needed to be done to close the deal, from dealing with other agents, the buyers, escrow personnel, etc.  I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown to me by Ken in all instances.  If you are even thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend and advise you to call Ken Venis at KRCH Realty at 775-843-4747.  You will not regret it.  He's the best!!!
